Background
Darshak Shah heads Direct tax advisory & litigation practice of SNCO. He has worked with KPMG a leading consulting firm and N A SHAH ASSOCIATES. His comprehensive grip over the subject and high inclination towards enlightening knowledge with recent tax developments and industrial practice has enlarged his concepts of tax and legal support service.
Qualification
He is Bachelor of Commerce graduates and a fellow member of the ICAI and has completed his graduation from Mithibai College, Mumbai. He is also pursuing for Law.

He is invited at multiple forums of Institute Chartered Accountant India, Chamber of Tax consultant to share his thoughts on divergent topics.
He is an active member of BCAS; WIRC; CTC and various other non- profit organisations.
He heads the Direct Tax Advisory department of the firm. His immense knowledge in the field of Direct Tax has gained confidence and trust of clients. He has successfully represented clients before tax authorities at various levels on complex tax litigation matters.
