Background
Ashraf is one of the real companions of Shrenik Shah. He is seasoned finance professional with hands of experience in major domains like Debt Securitization, Corporate Finance & Alternative Investments Funds. He has the ability to distribute alternative investment funds (PE funds, PEREF, CREF & Private Debt) and Corporate Securities to global Family Office / Institutional investors based in North America, Europe, and the Middle East. His Interest lies in building a new high-level cross-border relationship where none existed before.
He is a Bachelor of Commerce Graduate and a Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant.

He has developed high-level relationships with Global Investors i.e. Insurance Carriers, Pension Funds, Foundations, and Family Offices. He strategically works with UK based award-winning Non-Bank Lead Arranger / Book Runner, assisting corporates and fund managers to structure European Listed Securities (i.e. investment-grade bonds, Islamic bonds, performance-linked notes, delta-one trackers) and raising capital from investors based in Europe, Middle East & Asia. The firm has successfully concluded more than 130 transactions.
He shares excellent relationships with global investment banks & fund placement advisors who has raised more than $300 bn.
